ADS-B ground movement monitoring system
SARA GROUND is the SARA platform module that exploits ADS-B technology to monitor and manage the ground movements of aircrafts and vehicles. Combined with a specific consultancy activity, it allows to evaluate the current use of the air-side areas of the airport and identify best practices to reduce the impact of ground movements emissions and to optimize their management. The SARA GROUND module is based on the analysis of specific sensitive areas, identifiable on the airport grounds, that constitute the investigation zones for the analysis of aircraft ground movements.
